Ingredients
Cake:

1½ cups almond flour

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp cardamom

¼ tsp salt

¾ cup butter

¾ cup sugar

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp almond extract

½ cup whole milk
Topping:

¼ cup slivered almonds

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line and grease a 9-inch pan.

Whisk dry ingredients.

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and extracts.

Mix in dry ingredients and milk alternately.

Spread batter, sprinkle almonds, bake 30–35 mins.

Cool completely, dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
