Soft, fudgy almond butter cups made with just 4 ingredients. No baking required and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
1/2 cup natural almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Mix almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Melt chocolate chips until smooth.
3. Spoon melted chocolate into lined mini muffin cups.
4. Add almond butter mixture, then top with more chocolate.
5. Chill 10–15 minutes until set.
Notes
Store chilled for best texture.
Swap almond butter for peanut or cashew butter if desired.
