Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a thick dough forms.
3. Scoop dough, flatten slightly, and bake 10–12 minutes.
4. Cool before serving.
Notes
Use natural peanut butter for best texture.
Do not overbake.
