These 4-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Protein Brownies are rich, fudgy, naturally sweetened, and incredibly easy to make. Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup honey
2 large eggs
Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: pinch of salt
Optional: 2–3 tablespoons chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Add cottage cheese, eggs, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla (if using), and a pinch of salt to a blender.
3. Blend until completely smooth and silky.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if using.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the center is set but still soft for a fudgy texture.
7. Let the brownies cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing for clean edges.
Notes
For sweeter brownies, add an extra tablespoon of honey.
Use high-quality cocoa for the richest chocolate flavor.
Chill brownies in the fridge for an extra fudgy texture.
