Fudgy, flourless 4-Ingredient Chocolate Banana Blender Cake made with ripe bananas and cocoa powder.
Ingredients
3 large ripe bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
2. Add bananas, cocoa powder, eggs, and baking powder to blender.
3. Blend until smooth and thick.
4. Pour into prepared pan.
5. Bake 20–25 minutes until set but moist in center.
6. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness.
Do not overbake for fudgy texture.
Store chilled for best consistency.
