Description
Soft and fluffy 3-ingredient yogurt buns made with dairy-free yogurt. No eggs, no yeast, and ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup unsweetened dairy-free yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Mix flour, yogurt, and olive oil into a soft dough.
3. Divide dough into 6 portions and shape into balls.
4. Bake for 18–22 minutes until lightly golden.
5. Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Use unsweetened dairy-free yogurt.
Do not overmix dough.
Store buns refrigerated for freshness.
