Ingredients
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 large egg
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl combine cottage cheese, egg, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
3. Mix until fully combined.
4. Scoop the mixture and shape into 6–8 thin breadsticks on the baking sheet.
5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.
6. Sprinkle garlic powder and optional parmesan on top before serving.
Notes
Blend cottage cheese first for a smoother texture.
Spread breadsticks thin for crispier edges.
Serve with marinara sauce or garlic butter.
