This 3-Ingredient Chocolate Magic is rich, silky, and sugar-free — a 10-minute fudge made with butter, cream, and dark chocolate chips.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups sugar-free chocolate chips
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
⅓ cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
1. Combine chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt until smooth.
2. Warm heavy cream slightly and slowly pour into melted chocolate while stirring.
3. Pour into parchment-lined pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Slice and enjoy your silky, sugar-free fudge!
Notes
For dairy-free fudge, use coconut oil and coconut cream. Store in fridge up to 10 days or freeze up to 2 months.
