Description
Quick and healthy blueberry oat muffins made with only three ingredients. Naturally sweet, soft, and perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas mashed
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup blueberries
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF and line a muffin tin with liners.
2. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
3. Stir oats into mashed bananas until combined.
4. Gently fold in blueberries.
5. Divide batter into muffin liners.
6. Bake for 16-18 minutes until set.
7. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for sweetness.
Frozen blueberries work well.
Blend oats for a softer muffin texture.
