Ingredients
400 g ripe bananas, mashed
240 g rolled oats, blended into flour
10 g baking powder
60 ml water
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare muffin tin.
2. Blend oats into fine flour.
3. Mix bananas, oat flour, baking powder, and water.
4. Divide batter into muffin cups.
5. Bake 20–25 minutes.
6. Cool before serving.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas.
