Soft 3-ingredient banana oat coconut cookies with a lightly tropical flavor.
Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mash bananas until smooth.
3. Stir in oats and shredded coconut.
4. Scoop onto baking sheet and flatten.
5. Bake 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas.
Do not overbake.
Let cool before moving from tray.
