A moist, grain‑free, low‑carb yogurt bread made with just Greek yogurt, eggs, and baking powder—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a healthy snack.
Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat)
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small loaf pan.
2. In a bowl whisk together yogurt and eggs until smooth.
3. Fold in baking powder gently, without overmixing.
4. Pour batter into pan and bake 25–30 minutes until golden.
5. Cool 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
Use full-fat yogurt for richer flavor.
Don’t overmix after adding baking powder.
To sweeten, stir in 1 Tbsp sweetener + ½ tsp vanilla.
