Description

These Warm and Sweet Cinnamon Rolls are the perfect brunch treat—soft, gooey, and swirled with buttery cinnamon sugar.


Ingredients

Scale

2 tsp (7g) Yeast

⅔ Cup (170ml) Warm Milk

3 Cups (375g) Bread Flour

¼ Cup (50g) White Sugar

½ Stick (55g) Butter, softened

1 Egg

½ Cup (100g) Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp Cinnamon

¼ Cup (55g) Butter, softened

1 Cup (120g) Powdered Sugar

2 Tbsp Milk

½ tsp Vanilla Extract


Instructions

1. Activate yeast with warm milk and sugar.

2. Mix dough with flour, sugar, butter, and egg. Knead until smooth.

3. Let rise until doubled.

4. Spread butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar over dough.

5. Roll up, slice, and arrange in a baking dish.

6. Let rise again or refrigerate overnight.

7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden.

8. Glaze with powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.

Notes

For extra gooey rolls, pour a splash of cream over the rolls just before baking.
