These buttery cookies melt in your mouth with every bite. Made with just four ingredients, they’re eggless, simple, and perfect for gifting or tea time.
Ingredients
1 cup (227g) butter at room temperature
1 cup (120g) icing sugar or powdered sugar
1½ cups (195g) refined flour/maida
¾ cup (97g) rice flour/chawal ka aata
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line baking tray.

Cream butter and icing sugar until fluffy.

Fold in refined flour and rice flour to form soft dough.

Shape into balls or pipe into swirls.

Chill dough for 15–20 mins.

Bake for 15–18 mins until lightly golden on edges.

Cool completely and enjoy!
Notes
Use chilled dough to maintain shape. Optional: add vanilla or lemon zest for extra flavor. Don’t overbake—they should stay pale!
