Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 large eggs
⅔ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and flour madeleine pan.
