Ingredients

2 tablespoons lemon zest

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease loaf pan.

2. Whisk flours, baking powder, and salt.

3. In another bowl, mix yogurt, sugar, eggs, lemon zest, juice, and vanilla.

4. Add oil, fold in dry ingredients gently.

5. Bake 45–50 minutes until golden and set.

Notes

For a nut-free option, replace almond flour with more all-purpose flour.
