Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, combine almond flour and baking powder.
3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
4. Add softened butter and the egg, mixing until you have a thick dough.
5. Roll out dough between two sheets of parchment to ¼-inch thick and cut into strips.
6. Twist strips if desired, then place on the baking sheet.
7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use finely shredded cheese for best results.
You can prepare the dough a day ahead and bake when ready.
For extra flavor, add garlic powder or paprika.
