Ingredients

1 ½ cups almond flour

½ cup butter, softened

¼ cup powdered erythritol (or any keto sweetener)

2 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp salt

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

¼ cup chopped walnuts (optional)


Instructions

1. In a medium mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and powdered erythritol until light and fluffy.

2. Mix in vanilla extract and salt.

3. Gradually add almond flour, mixing until combined.

4. Pour in almond milk and stir until a dough forms.
