Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, mashed

3 large eggs

2 cups almond flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

¼ cup honey

A pinch of salt

¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan or line with parchment.

In a bowl, mash bananas. Add eggs, honey, and vanilla; whisk until smooth.

In another bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Combine wet and dry ingredients just until mixed.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Pour into the pan. Bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
