Ingredients
2 cups (350 g) pitted Medjool dates
1 ½ cups (250 g) dark chocolate
Instructions
1. Blend dates into a paste using a food processor.
2. Melt the chocolate until smooth.
3. Combine melted chocolate with date paste and blend until glossy.
4. Spread mixture in a parchment-lined cake pan.
5. Chill in the fridge for 2–3 hours before slicing.
Notes
Use high-quality dark chocolate for best results.
If dates are firm, soak them in hot water for 10 minutes before blending.
