These Healthy Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Brownies are fudgy, rich, and topped with that classic crackle. Made with Greek yogurt, oat flour, and peanut butter, theyโre secretly wholesome and perfect for guilt-free indulgence.
Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup oat flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line an 8ร8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Whisk peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey/maple syrup, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Stir in oat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until just combined.
4. Fold in dark chocolate chunks.
5. Spread batter evenly into pan and bake for 20โ25 minutes.
6. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra crackly tops, sprinkle a bit of sugar on the batter before baking.
Chill before cutting for cleaner slices.
