- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients – In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix dry ingredients – In another bowl, stir together oats, whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine – Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool – Let the bread rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
