Ingredients
1 cup warm milk
1 cup warm water
½ cup oil
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp yeast
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
5 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix warm milk, warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Add oil, vinegar, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.
Gradually mix in flour, one cup at a time, until a soft dough forms.
Knead dough for 6–8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled.
Shape as desired—for rolls, pizza crusts, or pastries.
Bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes for rolls, or 450°F for 10–12 minutes for pizza.
Notes
Use non-dairy milk for a vegan version.
Add herbs or cheese to the dough for extra flavor.
Freeze shaped dough for future use—just thaw, rise, and bake.
