Ingredients

1 cup warm milk

1 cup warm water

½ cup oil

1 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp yeast

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp vinegar

5 cups all-purpose flour


Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix warm milk, warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

  • Add oil, vinegar, baking powder, and salt. Stir well.

  • Gradually mix in flour, one cup at a time, until a soft dough forms.

  • Knead dough for 6–8 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  • Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes until doubled.

  • Shape as desired—for rolls, pizza crusts, or pastries.

 

  • Bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes for rolls, or 450°F for 10–12 minutes for pizza.
