Ingredients
200g walnuts
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Grind walnuts into coarse meal using a food processor or blender.
2. Mix walnut meal with eggs, baking powder, salt, and honey in a bowl.
3. Pour batter into a greased pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
4. Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Optional: Add cinnamon or vanilla for extra flavor.
Substitute pecans or almonds if preferred.
Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
