Ingredients
1¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
6 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and line an 8-inch cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
