Description
This cream cheese corn casserole is rich, creamy, and incredibly easy! Made with sweet corn, muffin mix, cream cheese, and butterโitโs the perfect side for any occasion.
Ingredients
1 (15.25 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14.75 oz) can creamed corn
1 (8.5 oz) box corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
ยฝ cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, cubed and softened
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ยฐF. Grease an 8ร8-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until combined.

Spread mixture evenly into dish.

Bake 40โ45 minutes until golden on top and set.

Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Use full-fat dairy for best texture. Add cheddar or jalapeรฑos for variation. Double for a 9ร13โณ pan. Keeps well for 4 days refrigerated.
