These no-bake cottage cheese brownie batter protein bites are fudgy, chocolatey, and protein-packed. The perfect 10-minute snack or dessert!
Ingredients
½ cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2–3 tablespoons oat flour
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Mini chocolate chips for rolling
Instructions
1. Blend or mash cottage cheese until creamy.
2. Mix cottage cheese, peanut butter, and honey/maple syrup together.
3. Stir in cocoa powder, protein powder, and oat flour until a thick dough forms.
4. Roll dough into small balls.
5. Coat each ball with mini chocolate chips.
6. Chill in fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Adjust sweetness with more honey or maple syrup if desired.
Swap nut butter for sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
