Description

This Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding is soft, creamy, and filled with warm cinnamon spice and juicy raisins—a cozy, classic dessert that’s easy and delicious.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups cubed cinnamon raisin bread

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 4 large eggs

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ½ cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg

  • ½ cup raisins


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9×13 dish.

  • Place bread cubes in dish.

  • Whisk eggs, sugars, milk, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  • Pour over bread. Let soak 10–15 min.

  • Add raisins and gently mix.

  • Bake for 45 min until golden and set.

  • Cool 10 min. Serve warm or chilled.

Notes

Use day-old bread for best results. Top with caramel or ice cream for a richer treat. Freeze leftovers up to 2 months.
