- 1 cup milk, warmed

- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and lightly flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together warm milk, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Make the batter. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Bake. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool and coat. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Brush the warm bread with melted butter, then roll or sprinkle it in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Slice and enjoy! Let the coating set before slicing and serving.
