Description
Soft carrot cinnamon oat bread that is warm, cozy, slightly sweet, and perfect for breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF
2. Soak oats in milk for 5 minutes
3. Mix wet ingredients
4. Add grated carrots
5. Mix dry ingredients
6. Combine everything
7. Bake 40โ45 minutes
Notes
Do not overmix batter
Use freshly grated carrots
Store in airtight container
