Ingredients

  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium bananas)

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix

  • ½ cup vegetable oil

  • 1 box yellow cake mix

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup water

For the Vanilla Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your baking pan.

  • In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, pudding mix, oil, eggs, and water until smooth.

  • Add cake mix and beat until well combined.

  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.

  • Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
