A rich and moist banana cake made with ripe bananas, butter, and vanilla — the perfect everyday cake for any occasion.
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
4 ripe bananas
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 175°C. Mix flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and bananas. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk. Pour into a greased 9×13 pan. Bake 40–45 mins. Cool and serve.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas. Don’t overmix. Add nuts or chocolate chips for flavor variation.
