Instructions

Make the Pastry:ย In a mixing bowl, combine flour, icing sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla sugar. Add butter and egg yolk. Mix until a dough forms. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.

Make the Cheesecake Filling:ย Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add icing sugar, granulated sugar, and egg yolks. Stir in heavy cream and flour until combined.
