Ingredients

2¾ cups all-purpose flour

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1⅔ cups heavy cream

2 tsp almond extract
Glaze

1 cup powdered sugar

1–2 tbsp milk

¾ tsp lemon extract

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp sliced almonds
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet.

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt.

Stir in cream and almond extract until dough forms.

Shape into a circle, cut into 8 wedges or scoop rounds.

Bake 18–20 min until golden.

Mix glaze ingredients. Drizzle over warm scones. Top with almonds
