Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (200g) sugar

  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8″ cake pan.

  • Beat eggs and sugar for 8–10 min until pale and fluffy.

  • Sift in flour in batches, gently folding to combine.

  • Pour into pan. Bake 35–40 min.
